At times in life, we can find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or alone with what we are going through. You may be struggling with the impact of loss, difficult past experiences, or a period of change that feels hard to navigate. Perhaps you are used to coping on your own, yet something now feels too heavy to carry without support.
Counselling offers a safe, confidential space where you can talk openly and begin to make sense of what you are experiencing. Together we can explore what feels difficult, understand how past experiences may be affecting you now, and help you find a way forward that feels more manageable.
I have over 18 years’ experience supporting adults through grief, trauma and life transitions, including a decade working within a bereavement service. I offer counselling online across the UK, as well as face-to-face and walk-and-talk sessions in Tonbridge. I am also a qualified Autogenic Training practitioner and offer this as a separate service for those looking to support stress and nervous system regulation.
