
My approach is grounded in compassion, respect and a belief that each person has their own inner capacity for understanding and change. When we are struggling, this can feel hard to access, and therapy can help you reconnect with that part of yourself.
One of the things I value most is creating a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever is troubling you at your own pace. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to work alongside you as you make sense of your experiences and discover what feels right for you.
I offer both short-term, focused work and longer-term, open-ended counselling, depending on what feels right for you. We can think about this together and find an approach that supports you best.
